How to play

Hold anywhere to turn left. Let go to turn right. No sailing experience needed.

Aim between the buoys
Pass through the center for more points. Consecutive clean passes increase your score and speed.
Use the wind
Blue wind lanes charge your boost. Smooth turns help you keep your speed.
Adjust the sail
Start with Auto Trim, or switch to Pro to control the sail yourself.

Start in Alameda and work toward the Golden Gate. Later levels add currents, ferries, shoals and fog.

Finish a level to unlock the next. Earn up to three stars on each.

Go for a high score in Bay Run, try the daily course in Daily Tide, or practice in Just Sail.

All solo modes work offline.

Send a friend your course and score to beat, or race together live. Contact between boats costs speed.

Live races use Game Center. Both players need an internet connection and compatible builds.

The iPhone beta is available by invitation.
